Alchemy is proud to partner with leading organizations throughout the food industry.
These strategic partnerships give us an opportunity to provide our expertise and services to support the industry in unique ways.
Alchemy, in partnership with the SQF Institute, offers a convenient and effective way to allow SQF suppliers, practitioners, consultants, instructors and auditors to meet food quality standards, learn about the SQF Code, and earn a certificate of attendance.
The interactive online course provides you with a complete understanding of the SQF Code and its requirements. The course is aligned with the SQF Code, edition 7, and is available in English and Spanish.
In addition, we offer an Implementing SQF Systems Examination, required of SQF consultants and instructors. The exam is a way for SQF practitioners to demonstrate their knowledge of the SQF Code.

Educational Testing Service (ETS)
In 2005, Alchemy partnered with Educational Testing Service to win the teacher educator certification program contract with the Department of Education for the State of Texas. This five-year contract, which was renewed for another five years in 2010, required Alchemy to develop an integrated system that allows prospective teachers from around the state to register and pay for the numerous certification tests required to teach in Texas.
Alchemy was able to customize its learning platform to create the integrated registration, payment, score reporting, customer support, and financial reconciliation systems for the project. This system allows prospective teachers, call center support staff, and education program supervisors to access information in real-time. As part of the project, Alchemy interfaced its platform with a number of different data systems to provide seamless data transfer between ETS and the State of Texas. The project was initially developed and launched with service in less than eight months.
Essential Skills Ontario
In 2014 Alchemy began work with Essential Skills Ontario to enhance and support the Elevate Canada: Raising the Grade for Food Processing initiative.
As a part of the partnership Alchemy's comprehensive solutions play a prominent role in delivery of a curriculum built for approximately 250 adults who are currently receiving income support from the Canadian government. The initiative is designed to give potential workers the skills relevant to in-demand occupations in the food processing industry. Funded by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), Elevate Canada will test whether involving employers in pre-employment education for vulnerable populations can lead to better qualified job candidates, while reducing the time and costs around recruitment efforts.
