In general, you can visit www.alchemysystems.com on the World Wide Web without telling us who you are, or providing us with any information. However, we collect the domain names (not the e-mail addresses) of all visitors to measure the pages visited, average time spent on the web site, etc. We use this information to continually improve the convenience and functionality of our web site.
TRUSTe program covers the collection, use and disclosure of information collected through our Web Site, http://alchemysystems.com and the service, SISTEM® Manager. The use of information collected through our service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the service for which the Client has engaged Alchemy.

1. Personal Information
Throughout the web site, several forms are offered that enable you to contact Alchemy and receive further information about products and services. Alchemy collects the personal data (such as name, email address, address and phone number), submitted by you on these forms in order to contact you and/or send the information you requested. By entering this contact information you agree that Alchemy may use it to send you information regarding its products and services and other promotional material. Any personal data that you enter on the Alchemy web site is kept confidential and is not shared with anyone outside of the Alchemy Systems family of companies. This family of companies includes subsidiaries located in the European Union, Australia, and Canada.

5. Information Related to Data Collected through SISTEM® Manager
Alchemy collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
We collect information for our clients, if you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the provisions in this Policy regarding notice and choice and the service agreements with our Clients.
We have no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Alchemy’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests us to remove the data, we will respond to their request within 30 business days.
We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client. We will retain and use this personal information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
6. Links to Other Sites
Our web site may include links to the sites of our business partners, vendors and advertisers. Alchemy is not responsible for the content or the privacy practices employed by such third parties. If you submit personal information to any of those sites, your information is governed by their privacy statements. We encourage you to carefully read the privacy statement of any Web site you visit.
With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you want your testimonial removed please contact us at email@example.com.
If your personal information changes, you may update it under My Profile from within your account or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org or postal mail at the contact information listed below.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services contact us by emailing email@example.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
We will respond to your request to access within 30 business days.
Our web site also enables you to send email to a third party containing a hyperlink to one of the site’s web pages. By using this feature, you explicitly agree to obtain permission to send such email. Furthermore, you agree to indemnify Alchemy to claims from the third party with respect to this feature.
10. Refer a Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name, email address, address and phone number. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
Your friend may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove this information from our database.
11. Social Media Widgets
Alchemy Systems does not knowingly solicit information from children, and we do not knowingly market our products or services to children.
13. California Privacy Rights
Under California Law SB 27, California residents have the right to receive, once a year, information about third parties with whom we have shared information about you or your family for their marketing purposes during the previous calendar year, and a description of the categories of personal information shared. To make such a request, please send an email to email@example.com and please include the phrase “California Privacy Request” in the subject line, and provide us with your name, address and email address. We will respond to you within thirty days of receiving such a request.
